List of ingredients
- 1 x 300 g puff pastry sheet
- 220 g Foie Gras wrapped in a cloth
- 1 pomegranate
- 1 mango
- 2 passion fruits
- Pectin
- Maldon salt / black pepper
Preparation steps
- Defrost the pastry for 10 minutes.
- Switch on the waffle maker.
- Roll out the pastry to a thickness of 0.5 cm in the shape of a 7 cm by 7 cm square.
- Bake the pastry for 12 minutes in the waffle maker.
- Open the passion fruits and cook the pulp with the pectin for 3 minutes.
- Dice the mango.
- Open the pomegranate to remove the seeds.
- Arrange the fruits and foie gras on the toast.
- Serve with Maldon salt and black pepper.
